Help I Have Cellulite!
Can I Prevent if from getting worse? I see advertisements for creams, do they work?

The hard truth is that most women will develop cellulite; the dimpling of skin found on the thighs and buttocks. Cellulite appears when fat cells bulge up against the top layers of your skin while certain fibrous bands pull down, hence the cottage cheese affect. Can you prevent it? How are your genes? If your mom has it, chances are, so will you. Cellulite gets worse as you age. As we get older, our muscle mass weakens and our tissue loses strength which causes more cellulite. Another culprit? Gain weight and you’ll find more lumps and bumps. So how do you fight cellulite? Save your money. Cellulite Creams have yet to have any permanent impact on cellulite. Need to get into a dress? The creams may help a bit for a day, but not for the long haul. Your best bet; reduce the fat in your diet and step up the cardio to burn off the fat. Increasing your muscle tone will help hold the extra weight up without buckling. AND before you sign up for lipo-suction, experts say, it doesn’t treat cellulite!
